Aditya Birla Group levies royalty on Grasim, Hindalco, Novelis for brand use from June 2026

Aditya Birla Group companies will pay a brand royalty starting June 2026. A 0.25% revenue royalty is mandated, capped annually at Rs 225 crore. Grasim Industries expects royalty payments well below the established ceiling. Hindalco and Novelis will also adopt this new royalty payment structure. This transition marks a move towards more structured corporate governance practices.
