American VanDyke, 6 Ukrainians held by NIA in terror case to leave India, return home for a month

Seven foreign nationals were arrested in March by NIA on allegations of crossing into Myanmar to train ethnic armed groups. But NIA did not invoke terror charges in absence of evidence.
