Hero MotoCorp to invest Rs 1,758 crore in Ather Energy, raise stake to 32.8%

Hero MotoCorp's additional investment will increase its fully diluted shareholding in Ather from 29.88% as of August 25, 2026, to up to approximately 32.8%.
