Maharashtra man-eater tigress dies after being tranquilised; had killed 2 in 24 hours

A man-eater tigress that had triggered panic in rural parts of Maharashtra's Amravati and Wardha districts, after allegedly killing four people since August 17, died while being shifted to a wildlife rescue centre after it was tranquillised and captured by the Forest Department, officials said.
