WHO South-East Asia commits to stronger action in fight against TB

WHO South-East Asia Region members have committed to stronger action against tuberculosis (TB), focusing on early diagnosis, wider access to prevention and treatment, and preparing for new vaccines. The region accounts for 34% of global new TB cases.
